    After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Contact us right away, under an hour after you made your order would be best. Orders begin processing very quickly after you make your order, but we will try our best to help you out.

  • Order processing takes between 1-3 days as every jewel is hand made to order. During busy periods such as holidays, this may be slightly longer. We work as fast as we can to get your order shipped out quickly. 

  • When items from international destinations are returned a £15 customs fee is deducted from the refund as that is what it costs for us to get the parcel back from customs. 

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons under any circumstances.

    If you want to return any other item, you have 14 days from when you receive the item to contact us about wanting to return an item and get it back to us. 

    Vintage items are all final sale and cannot be returned. 

  • Any returns received more than 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our studio.

  • When bought from our store, we provide a three-month warranty period where we will repair the item at no cost except for the postage to us and back to you. Jewellery will only be repaired/replaced upon assessment.

    Our repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg. chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn in saltwater).
